Alternative Chanels of Distribution in Modern Retail Banking

The master’s thesis deals with the acquisition of mBank customers through alternative distribution channels and their subsequent analysis. The work consists of the preparation and execution of marketing actions in order to expand portfolio of clients with business accounts. The last part of the work is dedicated to proposal of customer relationship management system, through which could lead to deepening relationships with customers.

The diploma thesis is focused on using methods of multiple criteria decision making, in this case about business accounts. In theoretical part is described the banking systém of Czech republic, then methods of multiple criteria evaluation.The basic aim of this work was to evaluate the order of business accounts in terms of advantageousness, which are offered by banks on the banking market in the Czech republic. The sectional aim of this work is to get known with the problems of optimal choice of business accounts for a certain group of consumers, which in this case are small businesses. Before choosing a new business account it is always necessary to carefully explore banking market and its offers of business accounts. The important part of this thesis is that the certain client has to consider his preferences before we use quantitative methods. In this diploma thesis has also done a survey about the evaluation of business accounts. Then there are compared results of using methods of multiple criteria evaluation of the survey and model client. In conclusion, the results are described in the order of banking products from the best to the worst business account.

Commercial banking of the Slovak republic

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyze the commercial banking in the Slovak republic, to determine its stability and strengths.For this purpose are included the results of a comprehensive assessment of the Slovak banks, ratings for selected banks as well as Slovakia as a whole and the most recent Corruption Perception Index. The thesis also aims to analyze the products offered by a number of selected banks for beginning entrepreneurs with the goal of selecting the best possible product. Focus is on the accounts themselves with their conditions, pros and cons as well as on financing options and costs of other services for example letters of credit. The summary of the findings as well as s recommendation can be found at the end of the thesis
